A resolution authorizing the settlement of negotiations for fee simple title of approximately 278 square feet, being a portion of Lot 43C, of the revision of the Sol Davis Addition, an addition to the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the plat filed in Cabinet A, Slide 1490, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, (P.R.T.C.T.), otherwise known as 501 West Division Street, Arlington, Texas. for the public use of sidewalks and landscaping improvements, for the Division Street TxDOT Sidewalk (Cooper Street to Collins Street) Project.
